We are able to pick up vehicles from dealerships, private sellers and compounds. In Germany we can arrange pickup from the following compounds ALD/Ayvens, CAT, ARS, Auto1, Holman, just to name a few. In Sweden ALD/Ayvens, Trading Solutions, LeasePlan, KVD, Eurotransport all are possible pickup locations.

The price that you pay for our service is shown to you instantly when creating a delivery order, no additional expenses will incur. Creating an account is free and there is no monthly subscription to order vehicles. Access full route pricing by creating an account and entering the pickup and delivery address. As an example, the current price for a Germany-Denmark delivery is starting at 400 € to the anywhere in Denmark. Delivery promise for that route is 3 work days.

Yes. If you are a business, you can create an account straight away. Currently we serve only businesses. After creating an account, you will be confirmed within 24 h and then you are free to use our service.

No. The price you see when creating an order is all-inclusive, no additional costs will incur.

It is true that the mileage increases when the car is driven. However, this has little practical impact on the car's price—especially when it is a used car with over 10,000 kilometers on it. Our significantly faster delivery increases the turnover rate of capital, which offsets any potential depreciation in value caused by the additional mileage.

The drivers are independent contractors who have been approved by us and have completed our onboarding and training process. It begins with a study-course, after which the drivers are interviewed. If the driver is successful, he/she can begin driving with easier gigs. Once our drivers progress, they are given more demanding gigs to drive.

Booking deliveries is done through our order portal. Ordering is easy and convenient and you can also use our drag and drop PDF autofill. Registering to our service is free of charge and requires no commitments, you can order deliveries at your own pace!

You'll need to provide the pickup and delivery addresses and the vehicle VIN. Also, add the contact details for the party that we are going to pick this vehicle up from. You can also add additional information to the deliveries for ex. specific pickup instructions or instructions to check if the car has two sets of tires. These instructions will then be forwarded to the driver that is going to pick up the vehicle.

Yes, when you have entered all the required details to create a delivery, you will see the price for the delivery instantly. The price includes everything and no additional expenses will be added. Checking the price doesn't commit you to making a delivery so it is convenient and risk-free.

All passenger vehicles have the same price for the specific route so no premium is added based on the passenger vehicle's size. Vans induce a premium on top the price based on their size. This will be calculated automatically by our portal and shown to you before you confirm your delivery. It is either 100 € or 400 € premium depending on the dimensions of the van.

The vehicles will be transported by our vast network of over 300 plate-drivers in multiple different countries. This enables us great speed and capacity. We can provide the same service to all of our customers regardless of their order sizes, everyone gets the same priority and speed.

You'll be able to track the process of your vehicle delivery from your order portal. You can see the current status of the delivery and the estimated delivery date.

Yes our driver always checks the vehicle before he begins delivery and takes photographs of the vehicle. These photographs will be available for view in your portal immediately after pickup

Yes, this is included in every delivery we do. When our driver picks the car up he will take pictures of it and they will be updated instantly to your order portal.

Delivery times vary by route, typically between 2-5 business days within Europe. Our route calculator provides exact estimates for your specific route. Once you begin to use our service, delivery times will also be shown while creating the delivery order.

In case of delays, the estimated delivery date will be updated to your order portal.

When creating a delivery order you will have the option to insert instructions for the driver regarding the pickup of the vehicle. Otherwise, you can contact us and we will pass on the information to our driver via our Driver-App.

We will notify you immediately and discuss the best possible way of action. Our service model enables us great flexibility to handle different complications.

You will be able to download the CMR documentation immediately once the car has been delivered. It will be available for download in our order portal.

We will send a power of attorney to you for signature. The driver will have the power of attorney before picking up the vehicle.

We will invoice you weekly or monthly after succesful deliveries. No upfront payment are required.
