Are all cars fully insured?
Yes. Our Driver-Partners' primary responsibility is to ensure deliveries are made safely and smoothly. However, in the unlikely event of an accident, rest assured that your vehicles are fully insured for the entire journey.
Are winter tyres required?
-Sweden: In the winter, cars that are being picked up from Sweden are required to have winter tyres fitted. -Germany: vehicles coming from Germany can have summer tyres fitted, regardless of the season. If the conditions don’t allow driving, our associates will complete the delivery.
What if the car breaks down during transport?
We will notify you immediately and discuss the best possible way of action. Our service enables us great flexibility to handle different complications.
When will I receive the CMR-documentation?
You will be able to download the CMR-documentation immediately once the car has been delivered. It will be available for download on our order platform.

Can you also deliver cars from auctions?
Yes! We pick up a large portion of our customers' cars directly from auctions. Pickup is available from for example: AUTO1, LeasePlan, TradingSolutions, KVD and ALD. Send us a message if your favorite auction isn't yet on the list.
