Bahn's delivery averages come from live delivery data, currently 0.3 days within Finland. Throughput assumes a 40-day sales cycle plus delivery, with your capacity as the limit. Figures use an average used-car value of €18,000 (DAT Report 2026), a typical 12% annual depreciation rate, and a 7% dealer financing cost. Indicative, not a quote.

How fast will my car be delivered, and what does it cost?

The price is fixed and confirmed when you order. No auctions, no bidding, no surcharges added later. Once a driver collects the car, most deliveries complete within a day or two, with typical door-to-door time of a few days depending on the route. You'll see the expected delivery date when you book.

Is my car insured during transport?

Yes. Every vehicle is covered up to €100,000 while it's with us, whether it travels by own-axle driver or by truck.

When will I get the CMR, and can it be stamped and signed?

You receive a completed CMR for each delivery. Where a seller needs a physical stamp and signature rather than a digital one, we handle the paper original so your documents and any VAT deposit aren't held up.

What happens if the car is delayed or arrives damaged?

A real person at Bahn is responsible for every order. If a pickup or delivery slips, we contact you rather than leaving you to chase it. Every car is photographed at handover, so its condition is on record from the start. If something needs resolving, we handle it with that documentation and your cover behind it, not a form to fill in alone.

Which routes do you cover, and can you move a single car?

Yes, a single car is the standard order, one driver takes one vehicle directly from pickup to delivery. We run domestic moves within Finland, Denmark, and Germany, and cross-border routes into the Nordics from across Europe. If you have several cars to move, we arrange each as its own delivery. You'll see whether your route is covered when you enter the pickup and delivery points.
